CS1 Low Risk

CS1 Low Risk Confined Spaces Entry (1 Day)

CS1 Low risk entrant & top person is for entry to shallow chambers only with the use of winch, tripod, harness and gas monitor. It will have clear direct unobstructed vertical access with good ventilation and unlikely to flooding. The entrant will always be attached to the winch line and in sight from the entry point.

This course includes: Legislation, confined spaces and classifications, gas monitors and alarm levels, fall arrest, winch, tripod, harness. Practical & Theory assessments, but no use of Escape Breathing Apparatus (EBA)

Cost Start at £105 plus VAT (£126) plus my travel costs. Reduced rates for 5-10 delegates

PPE Protective boots, gloves, helmet, knee pads and full body coverage plus clothing suitable for the time as year as 2-3 hrs will be spent outside each day.

Times Arrive at 0745 hrs to complete paperwork ready for an 0800 hrs start – 1700 hrs

Venue Anywhere in UK you have the space / facilities to host me

Fitness Must be physically fit, less than 136kg (Max SWL of some of the equipment)

Assessment All courses have both practical and the theory assessments which are pass / fail. These are not attendance courses.

Validity All courses are valid for 3 years when they need to be re-sat

Payment The above prices assume cleared payment is made within 14 days of training, otherwise different rates apply. These start with payment 15-30 days after training, incurring an extra 20% of the overall cost.
